Ulm is in Baden-Württemberg, situated on the River Danube . Ulm is well known for having the tallest church spire in the world on the Gothic minster and also as the birthplace of Albert Einstein.

Ulm cathedral is so high that one simply cannot see the detail of the carvings with the naked eye. Alan took random shots of the towers and buttresses and low and behold, we found 2 Green Men. There might well have been more

The choir stools in Ulm cathedral are fantastic. This is one of two Green Man amongst face-pullers, tongue-pokers and all sorts of other images

This second Green Man is easy to miss. The foliage emerging from his face appears at first glance to be hair

There are many corbels in the cathedral nave in the form of faces with foliage emerging from their heads. There are two distinct styles
